Rates
Easy Rent Package: $5,000
Up to 6 hours of event time
1 hour of clean-up time immediately after event
Hourly Rental Rate: $500/Hour
Room Deposit: $500
Deposit is required at time of booking and is non-refundable if the room reservation is cancelled less than six (6) months prior to the event. Deposit is returned if there are no damages or late charges.
Alcohol Permit
Approved City of Westminster alcohol permit allows up to 4 hours of serving time with security provided by off-duty Westminster officers.
Events with alcohol require off-duty police officers.
Events under 250 people (1 Officer) is $75/hour.
Events over 250 people (2 Officers) is $150/hour.
Cash bars are not permitted.
Alcohol is not allowed at events honoring guests under the age of 21.
The Plaza
A lovely space for an outdoor wedding ceremony alongside a fountain and open plaza area.
Outdoor Ceremony Chairs $400 (Set up of 250 “classic white” wedding chairs)

An amazing place to get married!
“My wedding turned out great thanks to the staff here. They were so much help and everyone was so nice! They had the tables and chairs set up for me the morning of so all I had to do was decorate. It was such a fast and easy process. They even helped clean up at the end of the night and helped load everything in cars. I'm so grateful for them and I definitely would recommend them just not for a smaller wedding. I had about 70 people and so everyone was too scattered for my liking. But overall it was an amazing place to get married!”

Our coordinator, was an absolute pleasure work with! Always answered our calls, emails and answered all my questions. He made this process not stressful but easy. The venue is a hidden gem! No extra costs/fees. I was able to bring in my own caterer and alcohol and they let us use drinks dispensers, kitchen, ice and so much more. Our venue was perfect. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! 10/10 STARS!!!

“I am so grateful that my husband and I found the City Park Recreation Center venue. From the very start I knew this venue was going to be great. The tour sold me and the responsiveness of the staff was comforting. I felt ready for the day of the wedding and was further impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff which made the day so easy to navigate. The appearance and cleanliness of the venue was spectacular. My ability to customize a sort of DIY wedding while having a great venue allowed me to be creative and have fun. I was also lucky to have a clear view of the mountains and a beautiful Colorado sunset. The large patio and beautiful surrounding area including a water fountain and beautiful views was the cherry on top! I have had several compliments about the venue from my friends and family. We are so grateful that we get to have amazing photos of this place with all the people we love to cherish for years and years. I would definitely recommend this venue. Great experience and amazing sunset photos!
We had our wedding at the Westminster City Park Recreation Center in September 2021. Our wedding was initially postponed in 2020 due to Covid-19. The contact was great to work with and was able to get us rescheduled for 2021. Staff was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We had a chance to see the space decorated for a wedding a couple of months prior to our wedding, which helped to visualize set up. It has a great space with the community room, which you can really make your own with décor. The outside space has a fountain and view of the mountains. The outdoor furniture and fire pits added a nice touch for guests to enjoy sitting outside. Our guests had a great time and attended both the ceremony and reception at the Westminster City Park Recreation Center. Our photographers captured some amazing sunset photos outside! I highly recommend the Westminster City Park Recreation Center for your wedding or special event!
