The Community Room at West View Recreation Center is a 2,000-square-foot, tiled-floor room with windows on the south and west sides. The room can comfortably seat 105 people with a dancing area and can seat 125 without a dancing area. The west windows provide spectacular views of the mountains. The adjoining private patio is perfect for an outdoor ceremony.

Rates
Easy Rent Package: $2,000
Up to six (6) hours of event time. One (1) hour of clean-up time immediately after event.Hourly Rental Rate: $300/hour
Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.After Hours Premium Rate: $200/hour
Monday-Friday, 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.Room Deposit: $300/hour
Deposit is required at time of booking and is non-refundable if the room reservation is cancelled less than six (6) months prior to the event. Deposit is returned if there are no damages or late charges.
Alcohol Permit
Approved City of Westminster alcohol permit allows up to 4 hours of serving time with security provided by off-duty Westminster officers.
Events with alcohol require off-duty police officers.
Events under 250 people (1 Officer): $75/hour
Events over 250 people (2 Officers): $150/hour
Cash bars are not permitted.
Alcohol is not allowed at events honoring guests under the age of 21.
Renting Guidelines
Room fees are per hour or half hour. The room can be rented for any amount of time needed. The room can also be rented late into the evening with the after-hours rate being in effect during the times shown above.
The room needs to be entirely vacated by the contracted ending time. This includes all guests, caterers, and DJs. If the room is not vacated on time, late charges are applied and deducted from the damage deposit at the appropriate hourly rate.

“Prior to booking, the staff provided a detailed list of facility rules and a walk through. As we had no idea the number of people to attend, the site managers were willing to wait until a final number was able to be provided. The rehearsal dinner was incredible at this beautiful site! Family and friends brought food, drinks, and a pictures slide show video to make the night extra special. There was a kitchen area with a sink, tables to fill most of the room, outdoor grill, bathrooms down the hall, and lots of space filled with decorations. The outside had an amazing open area with a gazebo, grill, and private entrance to the room. With approximately 70 guests to celebrate in this wonderful place, the night was filled with fun, laughter and joy. ”
