Park Pavilion Rental Information

Residents may make walk-in and online reservations for the 2019 season beginning Wednesday, Jan. 2. Walk-in reservations can be made at the Parks, Recreation, and Libraries administrative office at City Hall, 4800 W. 92nd Ave. Online reservations can be made through this website.

Resident & Non-Resident reservations may be made by phone, online, or walk-in starting Thursday, Jan. 3.

City Hall hours are Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.  City Hall is closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays.

The City of Westminster Parks, Recreation and Libraries Department offers park pavilions that can be reserved for a variety of functions. Reservations are for the pavilion areas only; the rest of the park area is open to the public at all times.

The pavilion reservation season is April 15 – October 1 of the current year.

A $10 cancellation fee will be assessed for requests received a minimum of 15 days prior to the scheduled event. Rescheduling requests due to unforeseen circumstances must be made within 24 hours of the event by calling 303-658-2192. Refunds will be made in full if rescheduling is not an option.

For any rental wanting to serve alcohol, an Alcohol Permit is required and there is an additional $50 fee. Requests for alcohol (3.2 beer in cans, only; no wine or kegs) must be made in person at the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Libraries a minimum of 5 business days prior to the event.
